Get Some Time On The Mat

Review the performance levels to determine which one fits yours or your athlete’s skill set the best, then sign up for a monthly package or private lesson. Drop-ins are also welcome.

Be sure to keep up with the current schedule here as some fluctuation in the schedule will occur due to district rules prohibiting outside training during certain school seasons. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.

Recommend for those just getting started, no experience in wrestling. Ages 4 to 6.

BEGINNER

Recommend for those with less than 1 year experience. Ages 7 to 11.

INTERMEDIATE

Recommend for those with two or more years experience. Ages 11 to 14.

ADVANCED

Recommend for those with four or more years experience. 14 to 18 years old.
